The Tuner raised his head and stared at the enormous gray-white eye in the sky.
Around that gray-white eye, cracks split open across the cloud-covered sky. Gray-white eyes of all sizes opened one after another, filling the remaining heavens completely.
Those differently sized eyes lay crisscrossed together. Every eye turned, their gazes fixed on the Starlight Figure below.
The pillar of light connecting heaven and earth and the gray-white wall flickered.
"Truth, do you think I'm afraid of you?!"
The Tuner looked up at the sky, his body trembling violently as his quaking roar echoed between heaven and earth.
Terrifying sound waves tore through the earth and sky, ripping apart the black dark clouds and the lightning spreading through them as easily as cotton.
Yet beneath those violent "sound waves," neither the semi-transparent gray-white wall and pillar of light nor the eyeballs in the sky suffered any effect or change.
The eyes shifted their gazes, watching the Starlight Figure below. There was no fluctuation in those gray-white pupils, only endless indifference.
Gray-white light flickered between heaven and earth, like sharp swords stabbing into the deepest parts of the world, flashing methodically.
It did not care about the Tuner's resistance, nor did it care about his feelings.
Just as the laws governing heaven and earth would never care about an insect's struggles.
"Ah!!!"
The Tuner clenched his fists and stared at that indifferent gaze.
Dazzling light erupted from within his body.
As though an invisible giant hand had plucked the strings deep within the world, it played a flourishing melody.
The music was so stirring, countless sounds blending together as if the entire world were a concert hall, gathering every instrument humanity could see and could not see to perform a symphony that shook heaven and earth.
