The speeding off-road vehicle came to a stop on a silent road.
Anke raised his head and looked out the window.
It was an elegant, beautiful old-style building. It was not tall, but exceptionally broad. A garden shaded by green trees lay in front of it, enclosed behind a massive black iron gate that looked imposing and majestic.
"Where is this?" Anke looked at the building in confusion, then glanced at the driver in front and asked quietly.
"The Municipal Government," the driver replied, turning back to look at him. He got out, walked around the rear of the vehicle, and opened the back door. He looked at Anke, who was still seated inside. "Get out. Someone wants to see you."
"See me?" Anke froze slightly. He scratched at the strap of the shoulder bag slung across him as he climbed out, asking in confusion, "Who at the Municipal Government wants to see me?"
"You'll know when you go inside," the driver said casually.

The off-road vehicle's door was shut from the outside. A soldier climbed into the vehicle and started it.
With a low rumble, the vehicle drove away behind Anke.
The original driver walked to Anke's front and led him toward the "manor castle."
Anke looked blankly at everything before him and hesitantly walked toward the tightly shut iron gate.
The guards standing before the gate glanced at them, raised their hands, and opened it.
The driver raised his head and led Anke into the manor.
Anke lowered his head and looked at the path beneath the enormous iron gate. Between the uneven stones, he could vaguely make out a bright red color. It seemed to be some kind of "bloodstain."
