"You told them about the Room of Requirement?"
Katrina had barely sat down in the empty seat beside him before she fixed Albert with a reproachful look.
Hardly anyone had known the Room of Requirement existed before. No one had ever competed to use it, but ever since the Defense Association learned about it, the place was often occupied by someone else.
"Fred told Potter." Albert closed the thick book and looked at the notification that the "Reading Maniac" task had been completed, unable to stop himself from feeling relieved.
That damned task was finally done.
To be honest, the reward for the task was rather disappointing. The Status Panel skills it gave were far too random, and Albert had never held much hope for them. Still, he had spent several years on the task. Leaving it unfinished had always bothered him.
Now that it was done, he felt refreshed and accomplished.
He no longer needed to spend huge amounts of time holed up in the library reading books.
As Albert closed the book and prepared to return it, he noticed Katrina was still staring at him.
"What is it?" Albert asked in confusion.
Katrina said nothing. She did not believe the Weasley twins would have revealed the Room of Requirement to others without informing Albert.
After all, it was their secret base. Albert must have approved it.
"Nothing." The red-haired girl sighed, then suddenly said, "You wouldn't mind giving me a copy of your latest book, would you? I think it's called Survival Guide."
"Oh, of course not." Albert raised an eyebrow and agreed readily. "I'll have Dobby deliver it to you."
"I really don't know what you're thinking." Katrina felt that Albert had something to do with the formation of the Defense Association.
