Urgent knocking came from outside the office.

"What is it?"

Parkinson opened the door. Upon seeing who had come, he stepped aside and let Crabbe into the office.

"Professor, Michael Corner has gone missing?"

Crabbe paused slightly when he noticed Professor Carrow in the office.

"Gone missing?" Parkinson's voice was very soft, giving away neither anger nor pleasure.

"Yes, gone missing," Crabbe reported. "Filch discovered it during his routine inspection of the dungeons."

"I understand. You've done well. I'll handle this matter." Parkinson signaled for Crabbe to leave, then seemed to remember something and suddenly added, "Oh, right. Since Mr. Corner has gone missing, the original gathering will probably have to be canceled. Please let the others know."

Crabbe left unhappily. Every Dark Arts gathering was one of his few pleasures.

The door to the Dark Arts office closed again. Parkinson turned his head toward Alecto Carrow, who was wiping her wand with a handkerchief.

"It was probably Dumbledore's Army who rescued that boy from the dungeons." Alecto set the handkerchief alight with her wand.

"According to the latest information I received, Longbottom was the organizer of Dumbledore's Army. He has already been secretly sent out of Hogwarts," Parkinson suddenly said.

"Where did you get this latest information?" Alecto asked, staring at her colleague.

"Snape provided it." Parkinson's words were surprising. "That man infiltrated the Order of the Phoenix for over a decade. Their line hasn't been completely cut off yet, so he can still occasionally obtain intelligence. That Dumbledore's Army was created by people from the Order of the Phoenix. They need fresh blood too."
