After Dolores Umbridge was taken away, the Aurors all breathed a sigh of relief. Then, urged on by Yaxley, they continued deeper into the courtroom to capture the criminals who had broken into the Ministry of Magic. However, things did not go smoothly.

Facing the passageway shrouded in an impenetrable darkness, the Aurors tried every method they could think of, yet they still could not disperse the thick, clinging darkness before them.

In the end, under the threats and inducements of the Death Eaters behind them, they could only grit their teeth and charge forward. Somehow, they stepped on something slippery, lost their balance, and fell flat on the ground.

"How about... we wait a little longer? They can't escape anyway," Cinkness suggested, knowing full well that no one wanted to take the risk.

"No. This is obviously meant to buy time. No matter what the enemy is trying to do, we can't let them have their way."

Though Yaxley had no idea why the people inside wanted to stall for time, experience told him it was best not to let them succeed.
