With a creak, the old wooden door to the meeting room was abruptly pushed open. The noisy room fell silent at once, and the Death Eaters all turned to look at the newcomer.
"I thought you weren't coming today, Severus. Sit down. The meeting has already begun."
Under the shadows cast by candlelight, a man in a black cloak adjusted to the light in the meeting room before stepping inside. His cold gaze swept across everyone present, and he asked in a voice loud enough for all to hear, "What the hell are you doing?"
