Babajide had disappeared!
Some said he had gone into hiding, some said he was already dead, and still others said he had been taken by The Dark Lord.
In any case, the president of the International Confederation of Wizards had suddenly vanished.
The situation in the European wizarding world was not looking good either. According to unreliable rumors, several council members and their entire families had died suddenly in their homes. Many wizards suspected Voldemort was behind it, but no Dark Mark had been found nearby.
Some therefore suspected it was retaliation from the Bounty Hunters. As for President Babajide's disappearance, Albert had had something to do with it too.
He had told Babajide that Voldemort would certainly retaliate against the International Confederation of Wizards.

Whoever wanted to become president of the International Confederation of Wizards could take the position. Babajide had no intention of
