Knock, knock, knock!

After a rapid burst of knocking, the door was pushed open from outside. Ron hurried in and shouted at Harry, who was saying his final goodbyes to Ginny, "Harry, Albert's here. He's waiting for you!"

"You really are hopelessly dense," Hermione said to Ron helplessly. "Let's go outside first. Don't interrupt them."

"It's not like they're saying goodbye forever."

Ron grumbled as Hermione dragged him away.

"I'd wager The Dark Lord won't survive the night."

Watching the bedroom door close again, Ginny turned back to Harry and said, "Ron really is dense. No wonder he's never managed to win Hermione over."

"Don't worry. I'll come back," Harry said, ignoring her comment.

"I know."

"We've prepared thoroughly for this, and we have Albert." Harry looked into Ginny's eyes as he gave her his final instructions. "So promise me you'll stay here. Don't go to Hogwarts, whether it's for me or for our child."

"I will." The smile vanished from Ginny's face as she nodded solemnly.

"And when the war is over, let's get married."

As he spoke, Harry took out the ring he had prepared beforehand and slipped it onto the ring finger of Ginny's outstretched left hand.

Ginny's lips trembled as tears of joy streamed down her face.

When she tried to kiss and embrace Harry, she saw him take something else from his pocket.

"You'll keep this safe for now."

Without giving the tearful girl time to react, Harry took out a key and forcibly pressed it into her hand.

"No... Hermione said you'll definitely be all right."

Ginny's eyes were already full of tears. She knew Harry was making arrangements for after his death.

"Of course I'll be all right. Albert said I'll definitely survive this Wizarding War."
