After finally shaking off those troublesome students' families, Albert went straight to Professor McGonagall's office on the second floor of the castle. He needed the professors' help to bring the students who had been sent away back to Hogwarts. Having already graduated, even if he went himself, it might not work.

After Albert lightly knocked on the half-open wooden door and received a response from inside, he pushed it open and entered. His gaze swept over the professors on the sofa before settling on the person speaking with Professor McGonagall.

Percy Weasley?

Oh, right!

Kingsley could hardly dump the mess at Hogwarts on Professor McGonagall. He had probably sent their old acquaintance Percy to Hogwarts to see what help everyone needed.

When Albert entered the office, everyone stopped talking and turned to look at him. Even Percy greeted Albert in a familiar tone and formally mentioned that Kingsley, the temporary Minister for Magic, hoped to invite him to serve as a senior adviser to the Minister for Magic.

"This isn't urgent. Finish discussing your business first."

After nodding to Professor McGonagall, Albert sat on the sofa where the professors were resting under everyone's watchful eyes.

"Would you like some hot cocoa?"

Professor Flitwick raised the cup in his hand and gave Albert a weary smile.

"No, thank you." Albert truly had no appetite.

After seeing such an enormous number of dead bodies overnight, most people probably would not have had much appetite. But if they did not force themselves to eat something, the professors would likely struggle to keep going.

"Has the matter over there been dealt with?"

Professor Sprout asked in a lowered voice.

She actually felt apologetic about throwing those difficult families directly at Albert, but they truly had no spare energy to deal with them.
