After dawn broke, the Gryffindor students waiting in the Common Room finally received news. Professor McGonagall, looking exhausted, regretfully told everyone that Black had escaped again.

Professor McGonagall had barely turned to leave the Common Room when Shanna hurried after her, following her through the portrait hole. Clearly, she had something to say to Professor McGonagall.

Seeing this, Fred, George, and Lee Jordan exchanged glances, shrugged, and returned to their dormitory to catch up on sleep. It was not hard for them to guess that Shanna wanted to tell Professor McGonagall about their earlier speculation.

As for the outcome, the three of them had already guessed it.

The students who had been holding their breath for news were all overcome by drowsiness and returned to their dormitories to rest, leaving the Common Room suddenly empty.

Not long afterward, Shanna returned to the Common Room. But one look at her expression made it clear that Professor McGonagall did not care for their self-righteous "speculation," especially since they suspected that Black had an accomplice within the school.

"You were right. Professor McGonagall wasn't willing to believe those speculations."

Noticing the questioning looks from the others, Shanna said helplessly, "However, she agreed that Black had slipped into the castle through a Secret Passage."

There were countless Secret Passages in the castle. Even Filch did not know all of their locations. Perhaps Black had discovered a Secret Passage leading beyond the castle grounds while he was still a student here.

"They're adults. They'd rather trust their own judgment than listen to a minor telling them what to do, especially when there isn't any evidence. Don't expect to change other people's minds. That's ridiculous." Albert did not mince words. "Honestly, what you did just now was rather unwise."

"Actually, I'd rather trust your judgment. In
