The two turned toward the source of the voice and saw a group of unusually dressed men and women heading their way.
Yanira's gaze fell on Albert and Isabelle's clasped hands. She looked up and down at the red-haired girl who was presumably Albert's girlfriend. Though the girl was not as beautiful as Yanira herself, she was still a strikingly attractive woman.
"Your friend?"
Isabelle noticed the appraising look but did not get angry. Instead, she gently tilted her head toward her boyfriend and asked in a tone that made it sound as though she were simply asking whether Albert knew the girl next door.
"A friend I met when I went to Spain during the summer holidays." Albert had a feeling that the atmosphere around them was turning unpleasant.
"Welcome to Hogwarts. I hope you'll leave with wonderful memories." Isabelle smiled as she looked directly into Yanira's eyes.
Yanira suddenly frowned. The woman in front of her was smiling, yet she gave Yanira an uneasy feeling. What was this sensation of being seen through?
"All right, let's not stand here talking. We'll disrupt their business. It's a little cold outside—would you like to go in for a drink?" Albert invited them into the pub.
Yanira followed the pair straight into the bar. Her family owned a bar too, and she was curious to see what an English pub was really like.
"We're going in too."
Fleur was displeased that Yanira had acted on her own, but she wanted to see Yanira make a fool of herself, so she called the others into the pub.
After entering The Three Broomsticks, Albert spotted quite a few familiar faces. Fred, George, and Lee Jordan were huddled together, whispering among themselves.
When Cedric saw Albert, he raised his glass in greeting.
The previously
