"What about that ghost?" he asked Georgiana.
"Over there." She pointed at the pearl-white ghost sitting against a stone oak tree, even harder to see in the daytime sunlight.
"Why can't I see it?" He looked in the direction she pointed.
"You can't see him," she said weakly.
He said nothing and kept staring in that direction.
Many people believed seeing was believing, but unfortunately, there were many things Muggle eyes could not see.
"If I ask him a question, can he hear me?" Bonaparte asked. He did not ask Georgiana to prove that the ghost existed.
"Brother Carloman," Georgiana said.

"Carloman likes talking about his 'famous younger brother,'" Georgiana explained feebly.
"I wish I had been there on the day of his coronation," Carloman said.
"Don't you hate him?" Georgiana asked.
"Hate him? Why?"
"He became king, while you became a monk."
"He did not kill me," Carloman said. "He still loved me."
