When Newt Scamander was searching for Tina in Paris, he stumbled upon a circus where Credence had once stayed. Tina had come from New York to Paris in search of Credence.
The circus had quite a few magical creatures the ringmaster called "monsters," as well as a Blood Beastfolk named Nagini. She was considered one of the troupe's stars. Because of the curse in her blood, she would gradually turn into a snake, and it was irreversible. In Scamander's memory, Nagini had also appeared in the Lestrange Family Cemetery.
"He only knows where you came from, not what kind of person you are!" Nagini shouted at Credence as he walked toward the ring of fire. But Credence seemed not to hear her and went straight toward Grindelwald.
