Deep beneath Whitehall, where the Department of Mysteries was located, there was such a room.
It looked dimly lit, with a sunken center forming an enormous stone pit. Stone steps encircled the entire room like benches, descending tier by tier. Each one was steep, like those in a lecture hall.
At the center of the pit stood not a chair with chains, but a raised stone platform. Upon it stood an archway draped with a tattered curtain. Though there was not the slightest breeze here, it still swayed gently.
Some said voices could be heard from beyond the curtain, as if there were people on the other side...
"Quick! Jay still has a few tickets for the Weird Sisters concert!"
Pomona dodged two students running through the corridor.
The Weird Sisters were going to hold a concert during the summer holiday. Though there was still some time before the holidays began, tickets had already gone on sale, and a new black market had formed once again.

After making sure Filch had not shackled either of them, Pomona looked at him.
"They're first-years. I'm sure they just got lost. Thank you for finding them and bringing them back, Argus."

"Why aren't you thanking Mr Filch?" Pomona said to Tonks and Tupri.
"Thank you for saving us, Mr Filch," Tonks and Tupri said together.
