After his defeat, Grindelwald was imprisoned in Nurmengard, the prison he had once used to hold those who opposed him.

It was located in Austria, near the Alps, so the scenery resembled Switzerland. Nurmengard, too, stood on sheer cliffs like those "witches' castles."

The first time Pomona came to the Alps, she visited the small cabins where shepherds lived during the summer, and she had enjoyed those days immensely.

"They've cut off our way back," Polina said as she walked over, interrupting her "memories."

Georgiana looked at the men studying the map. This time, a full company of Chasseurs was protecting them. In theory, that should have been more than enough.

Those two men from earlier reminded Georgiana of Sforza. These "landless knights" also wanted to find themselves a master, then become the Duke of Milan themselves when the opportunity arose.
