I received notice from my editor yesterday that the book was going premium.

It really shouldn't have gone premium this early, but there was no helping it. I lost the PK against the books from the same period, so it had to go premium ahead of time.

I'd originally planned to write up to chapter ninety, right as the story reached its climax, and the results would have been a little better too.
