I had no idea where Terrifying Ridge was.
I had not found the most important thing in those materials: a map of the Void Realm.
Although I had seen some maps hand-drawn by Little Demon while tidying up the house, they were scattered and disorganized. Little Demon had not labeled them, so I could not tell where they depicted at all.
My understanding of the Void Realm's geography extended only to the stretch of road I had traveled myself, as well as the route I had taken with Little Demon after meeting him and arriving at the town.
Just how large was the Void Realm? I truly had no concept of it whatsoever.
Sister Lin naturally knew of Terrifying Ridge. She told me it was very far from where we lived.
How far was very far? How long would it take to get there?
Sister Lin said she had no concept of time at all, at least not in this place. As for how far away it was, she could not explain it either, since she had only heard Little Demon mention its general location and had never gone there herself.
"Xiaobai, do you see that little village ahead?" Sister Lin asked me.
Of course I saw it. It even looked quite lively, as though they were holding a wedding celebration.
I asked, "What, people here still hold weddings?"
Sister Lin narrowed her eyes. "I don't know. At the very least, I've never seen anyone in the Void Realm hold a wedding. Xiaobai, let's go around it."
I had previously heard her and Little Demon say that, in this place, everyone kept to themselves and wrapped themselves up tightly, unwilling to have dealings with others unless they were allies they truly trusted.
In other words, human bonds here were extremely
