Maru sneered. "Who am I? Didn't you call me a bastard? You'll pay for what you said."
As he spoke, he fired. I was not surprised. From the moment he confirmed that I had been injured by the middle-aged man, I knew Maru would definitely make a move against him.
I just had not been certain that he could handle the middle-aged man.
After all, the middle-aged man was too bizarre. Whenever he sensed danger, he vanished.
But this time, he had encountered Maru, and the gun in Maru's hand happened to render him unable to move or disappear.
