Ying Gou stared fixedly at Xing Tian.
Xing Tian grew a little uncomfortable under his gaze. "What are you staring at me for? I'm not into men!"
"Men, my ass. I just don't like the look of you. You were easier on the eyes when you had no head. Now you just look like a freak!" Ying Gou said.
I laughed to myself. Could Xing Tian really look stranger with a head than without one? Still, he ought to put on some clothes. Seeing that face on his stomach now did feel rather jarring.
If he put on some clothes, he could barely pass for a normal person.
Xing Tian rolled his eyes. He opened his mouth to retort, but I said, "You still haven't told us. How did this head grow back? Since you've got a head now, can we throw that thing away?" He had originally possessed a head, yet another one had unexpectedly grown back. The two heads did not seem alike at all, and their features were vastly different.
At the mention of his old head, Xing Tian looked conflicted. "Honestly, I still prefer my original head. Even though I can't see what I look like now, for some reason, I still hoped it would look like that one."
He pointed to the head in his hands.
I said seriously, "They're different. Completely different."
His expression changed slightly. "How could that be? He said it would be exactly the same as before."
"Who is he?" I asked Xing Tian.
Ying Gou also looked at him.
"I don't know him. He was an old man, a very old man, with a head full of white hair—long white hair. Even his beard was white," Xing Tian said.
An old man with a white beard?
I could not help
