God of War Xing Tian's servant, Old Gui, fled through the void, carrying Hou Yi. Lightning encircled the sky above their heads, and they looked utterly wretched.
Damn that muddle-headed dragon, you old fool! Old Gui cursed inwardly as he instantly ramped up his mana output, bolting straight out of the thunder-covered zone.
"Wretched Old Gui, you really think you can escape the palm of my hand, the Dragon King?" The roar of thunder carried Thor's angry words.
"Whoosh, whoosh!!!"
As Old Gui vanished, the Dragon King immediately gave chase, and the thunder vortex in the void slowly dissipated.

A flash of purple light later, Old Gui and Hou Yi appeared here.
Old Gui slammed a palm against a thick pine tree, shaking down a shower of pine needles.
"Old Gui, don't be angry. Let's run in another direction!" Hou Yi placated Old Gui's emotions.
"We were having such a smooth run ever since we came out of the Misty Ghost Forest."
"I don't know what's wrong with this old dragon. He goes around releasing lightning at random, and a bolt just happens to hit us, exposing our whereabouts."
"This muddle-headed dragon is hounding us relentlessly. It's so damn annoying," Old Gui said irritably.
"Old Gui, are you really that afraid of this old Dragon King?" Hou Yi asked, lacking any emotional intelligence.
Old Gui said, "My true form, Old Gui, is just a bone flute, and a god will shatter it with a single touch."
"As long as the Sacred Spirit Stone is by my side, I fear no one. No matter who it is, they can't do a thing to me."
