Water Country!
A land composed of a vast number of maritime islands, each with its own diverse customs and traditions. Far removed from the mainland and living off the sea, they did not proactively participate in wars and generally avoided being dragged into them.
While Water Country was indeed made up of islands, it remained one of the Five Great Nations of this world, and within its territory sat the most powerful military group in this world—the Village Hidden in the Mist.
The Village Hidden in the Mist was likewise built upon an island. Though the island was surrounded by the sea on all sides, its central region also harbored a large number of mountains and hills, and the Village Hidden in the Mist was constructed right among that terrain surrounded by mountains on all sides.
The entire island was covered in dense fog year-round, which was how it got the name of the Village Hidden in the Mist.
Isolated from the rest of the world, the Village Hidden in the Mist welcomed a group of uninvited guests today.
A massive number of ninja surged out from five large ships. After coming ashore from the port, every single one of them was cold to the extreme and killed anyone they saw; the path from the port to the gates of the Village Hidden in the Mist was stained with blood everywhere.
"Yagura Karatachi! You launched an unprovoked attack on my Konoha, causing Konoha to suffer massive losses."
"Today, you will pay the price for this," Jiraiya said in a loud voice.
He made it clear that their attack on the Village Hidden in the Mist was an act of justice, while at the same time the ninjutsu bombardment in his hands never stopped for even a second.
