The time span of the Lotus Lantern World arc was extremely long, which I hadn't expected before writing it, and it exhausted Journey to the West and Investiture of the Gods in one go.
There are simply too many characters in Chinese mythology, so I couldn't let loose in this volume, and writing it felt very restricted.
Cinematic Worlds has also become quite awkward as film and television have underperformed in recent years, leaving me with no choice but to write those works that have already been used countless times.
I tried my best to write something different!
