That was right. Godzilla, soaring through the sky at that moment, was actually a transmigrator.

However, he had not been fortunate enough to become a human. Instead, he had transmigrated into a lizard mutated by the wastewater discharged by the island nation.

As a transmigrator, of course he had a system as his Golden Finger.

The Fear System allowed him to continuously harvest Fear Value as long as he could make other living creatures fear him.

Fear Value could continuously strengthen the host and even be used to purchase outrageously powerful artifacts. Even transforming into human form in the end would not be much of a problem.

When Godzilla had first arrived ten years ago, he had only been two meters long. He could scare children and women well enough, but if he encountered an adult man, all he could do was pray that he would have better luck in his next transmigration.

Being timid, he had not dared to scare people at all. He could only start with fish in the ocean, but gathering Fear Value that way was far too slow.

After he grew over ten meters tall, his courage grew as well. He began attacking passing merchant ships and successfully raked in a huge amount of Fear Value.

That was how the various Sea Monster legends came about, but no one paid much attention to such things. They simply treated them as exaggerated rumors.
