Overwhelming Power, the Gap Between Charizard

Hanako had just finished working at the restaurant and returned home when she discovered that her husband and son had already arrived at the door before her.

After properly entertaining Ash and his two friends, Hanako pulled Xiao Zhen into the room.

A married woman in her twenties was at the height of her desires. Of course, she would not let off a husband she had not seen for several months.

The next morning, Ash and the other two finally did not have to run around aimlessly. To prepare for the upcoming Kanto Region Indigo Plateau Conference, Ash needed to start seriously training his Pokémon.

They first went to Oak's Laboratory, where Ash properly greeted his Pokémon.

You would not know unless you looked—he had actually collected quite a few different kinds of Pokémon. Though most of them were fairly average in strength, they did satisfy his collector's urge.

With a boulder weighing several thousand pounds tied to his back, Ash ran around the grassland, youthful sweat spilling along the way.

Inspired by their Pokémon Trainer's example, the Pokémon all became fired up—except for... a certain Charizard lying on a huge rock, sleeping.

After finishing a lap, Ash felt as though his legs had gone weak. When he set down the boulder on his back, the ground trembled.

Charizard opened his eyes and resentfully spat out a ball of fire.

Ash raised both hands in front of him and shut his eyes. Even though he had experienced this many times, getting burned by flames would still hurt!

The Water-type Squirtle was too far away and could not spray water in time to cover him. It could only shout anxiously alongside the other companions.

A fierce gust swept through, scattering the flames. An even larger Charizard descended from the sky.

That
