Except for The One Above All, he could transform into characters of levels as high as the Living Tribunal and the Beyonder!
If he transformed into a Marvel editor and comic narrator, he could change all Marvel settings, such as modifying Thor's Hammer into a toy hammer and completely stripping the Beyonder's abilities.
Impossible Man started with omniversal combat power!
Regarding Impossible Man, what Su Quan remembered most deeply was that he had once traveled to the DC world and brought Superman to the Marvel world.

If the Variant—meaning the variant of Kang the Conqueror—had not established the Time Variance Authority, could he steadily remain at the end of time and control the free will of everyone in the multiverse through the Sacred Timeline?
Speaking of the Time Variance Authority, its existence had both pros and cons for Su Quan.
The advantage was that they would constantly prune time criminals and time branches, and there would be a steady stream of 'garbage' appearing in the void, waiting to be discovered by him.
The disadvantage was that the 'free will' of everyone in the multiverse had been stripped away, and everyone's life from birth to death had already been planned out.
For example, Loki.
In the setting of the Sacred Timeline, Loki should have been choked to death by Thanos in Avengers 3.
But in Avengers 4, the Avengers traveled through time via the Quantum Realm back to the Battle of New York to borrow the stones, and Loki mistakenly obtained the Space Stone and ran away.
His escape altered his destiny of being escorted back to Asgard by Thor, thereby changing a series of subsequent events.
The Time Variance Authority defined Loki as a time criminal, arrested him, and pruned the time branch generated after his escape.
They reset the timeline, letting the Loki of the past timeline continue to develop along the originally established path.
Su Quan certainly didn't want the time branches related to him to be pruned, only for the timeline to be reset and to watch the past version of himself follow his own footsteps and continue to be pruned.
Round and round in a loop, eventually producing a whole bunch of different timelines of himself.
So the first small goal he set for himself was to become the Lord of the Void and rule the Time Variance Authority!
