They had even imprisoned Doctor Doom from many parallel universes.

What's more, in some parallel worlds, quite a few Mr. Fantastics had already collected top-tier artifacts from their respective universes—for instance, some Mr. Fantastics had directly obtained the Infinity Gauntlet!

When the Reed Council learned that a Galactus from a certain parallel universe planned to invade Earth, they dispatched seven Mr. Fantastics, each wielding an "Ultimate Nullifier"!

Reed might lack powers now and hasn't become Mr. Fantastic, but he's absolutely brilliant enough.

If he can fix the Time Controller, odds are he can replicate it, and he'll definitely use it to stir up plenty of trouble.

Su Quan didn't want to leave this world only to have Reed build a Time Controller right after and start hopping across the multiverse.

That clashed with his plans.

Besides, Maria Hill had a long list of needs—Reed wasn't just fixing one Time Controller; there were massive supplies waiting for his sharp mind to overhaul.

So, Su Quan needed an ability that would keep Reed content as his tool.

That ability was psychic powers!

When it came to psychic abilities, the first person Su Quan thought of was Professor X: Charles Francis Xavier!

Before letting Reed touch the Time Controller, Su Quan planned to visit a world with Professor X and acquire his power.

If luck was on his side, the round trip wouldn't take much time.

P.S.: The Professor X storyline won't drag on—aiming for a quick in-and-out to avoid narrative fragmentation. The mutant series can be explored in depth later.

For now, the protagonist's actions are highly goal-oriented: going to The Boys was to test the serum and gain abilities.

Coming to the Fantastic Four was for Reed—a tool who can fix the Time Controller and other supplies. With the controller, he can bypass the Ancient One's Time Stone loop and access other timelines and parallel worlds, like finding Female Loki.

Seeking out Professor X is for his ability, to ensure Reed stays his tool.

Moonlight spilled across the sea. A breeze stirred the surface into ripples, shattering the moon's reflection into jade fragments that floated on the water, breaking the calm.

The Casperdina, a massive luxury cruise liner, swayed almost imperceptibly under the pitch-black sky as the sea lapped against its hull.

A figure emerged from the water, eyes blazing with hatred, silently climbing aboard. He pulled out a sharp dagger and found his target for revenge.

On the deck's lounge area, three people sat on a sofa.

On the far right was a young man in a gray suit—Havok, a mutant with the ability to create whirlwinds, tornadoes, and hurricanes.

On the far left was a blonde woman in a white dress and boots—Emma Frost, codename White Queen, also a mutant, possessing both psychic abilities and a Diamond Form.

Between them sat a middle-aged man in a white suit—Sebastian Shaw, codename Black King, the master of the Hellfire Club, a mutant with the power to absorb all forms of energy, convert it into his own, and release it.

"Hello, Doctor—"

The sudden greeting made the three spring to their feet. Shaw recognized the newcomer and reached out to stop Havok from attacking.

"Little Erik," Shaw said with a smile, calling out his name.

Erik Lehnsherr, the future Magneto, possessed the ability to control magnetic fields—and was also Marvel's number one scene-stealer!

"He's here to kill you," White Queen said, staring at Erik as she unleashed her psychic abilities, reading his thoughts.

Magneto's lifelong nemesis—psychic powers!

"Ding!"

"Combat detected. Dropping reward: Diamond Form (White Queen)."

"Ding!"

"Combat detected. Dropping reward: 5 Points."

Above the Casperdina, invisible Su Quan shifted his thoughts, and his body instantly transformed into a mass of brilliant diamond facets.

"Too bad it's not psychic powers, but Diamond Form isn't bad either."

Though White Queen's psychic abilities were slightly inferior to Professor X's, they were still among the best in Marvel.

Her second ability, Diamond Form, was nearly flawless—capable of withstanding immense force, feeling no fatigue, requiring no food or water, and immune to mental attacks from other telepaths.

It was highly practical, at least ensuring he wouldn't have his memories probed or body controlled when dealing with psychics.

As luck would have it, Su Quan had landed right here after his transmigration. He'd planned to first use Super Hearing to gauge the world's progress before seeking out Professor X, but then he overheard the conversation below.

Black King Shaw, White Queen, Havok, and the future Magneto lurking in the sea—

Wasn't this the plot from X-Men: First Class, where Magneto tries to kill Black King Shaw, fails, and is stopped by Professor X, eventually joining the mutant team formed with the CIA?

If White Queen was here, Professor X would come too. Why bother searching? Just wait—psychic powers would fall right into his lap.

On the cruise liner, Erik, his mind ransacked by White Queen's psychic abilities for childhood memories of Shaw's torment, clutched his head in pain. Suddenly, he hurled his dagger at Black King Shaw.

"Slap!"

Diamond-formed White Queen caught the flying dagger, tossed it into the sea, and then sent Erik flying with a single palm strike.

With a splash, he plunged straight into the water.

The fact that she could knock Erik into the sea with one blow showed that White Queen's strength far exceeded that of an ordinary person.

"Whoosh—whoosh—whoosh—"

Several flares shot out from the distance, lighting up the sky as a US Coast Guard vessel suddenly appeared, broadcasting loudly through a loudspeaker.

"This is the US Coast Guard. Do not attempt to flee. Stay where you are."

Searchlights swept across the sea surface as the Coast Guard drove several speedboats toward the Casperdina.

"Ding!"

"Combat detected. Drop reward: Telepathy (White Queen)."

"Ding!"

"Combat detected. Drop reward: Telepathy (Professor X)."

Aboard the Casperdina, the White Queen used her psychic abilities to probe the situation on the Coast Guard ship, discovering another psychic user—Charles Xavier, Professor X.

"They have a telepath," the White Queen warned Black King Shaw, straining to block his probing.

On the Coast Guard ship, Charles Xavier—neither paralyzed nor bald—pressed his fingers to his temples and said in a surprised tone, "I can't sense Shaw anymore. I can't find him. Something's blocking me. This has never happened. There's someone like me on that ship!"

A clash of psychic abilities—that too was combat!

Two nearly equal telepaths on the same stretch of sea?

Both Charles Xavier and the White Queen were stunned, but what they didn't know was that the telepaths on this sea weren't limited to just the two of them!

Su Quan, a newly ascended telepath stacking both their abilities, planned to give them a surprise—call it a farewell gift...

Dropping Diamond Form, constructing a Mental Barrier (Professor X's ability), and Linking Multiple Minds (White Queen's ability), Su Quan combined the traits of both psychic powers, sensed the tense clash of their mental forces, and forcefully intruded.

"Boom!"

The invisible impact jolted both Charles Xavier and the White Queen on their respective ships, sending them stumbling to the ground with startled cries.

"Impossible! There's someone else like me here!" Charles Xavier's eyes widened in disbelief as the CIA Director beside him helped him up.

"You already said that," the CIA Director remarked.

"No, I meant another one—someone stronger than me, stronger than the telepath on that ship!"

Charles Xavier had never encountered anyone with abilities like his before, yet in that brief moment, he'd found a 'kindred spirit' on the opposing ship nearly on par with himself. He thought that was the biggest 'surprise,' only to find an even greater one waiting.

Except it wasn't a 'surprise'—it was a 'shock'!

This person's psychic power was strong enough to instantly break through the clash between himself and the other telepath, filling Charles Xavier, who had always prided himself on his formidable abilities, with a sudden, uneasy urgency.

He knew all too well the threat a psychic could pose.

Was this person friend or foe?

"Go, hurry! There's another psychic here—stronger than me, stronger than the one on the other ship. I can't hold him off!"

Aboard the Casperdina, the White Queen scrambled to her feet, waving and shouting at Black King Shaw.

The psychic on the other ship was strong, but she could handle him. This newcomer, however, had barged into their clash with a tyrannical force, splitting their psychic powers apart in an instant.

To so easily sever the mental confrontation between two powerful telepaths proved that this person's psychic abilities surpassed both of theirs—by a wide margin!

Black King Shaw had never seen the White Queen so panicked, so—terrified.

"Go!"

Without hesitation, he turned and headed into the cruise ship's interior. Beneath the vessel lay a submarine; if they could reach it, they could escape.

A good plan, but too late.

"Ahem—good evening, everyone. Or not, suit yourselves."

A voice echoed in their minds, and Black King Shaw found he had lost control of his body. He couldn't move!
