Whether it would come in handy or not was a secondary matter; at the very least, her intentions and actions were spot-on!
Su Quan introduced the two to each other.
"The first Black Widow, Dotty Underwood, injected with the Super Soldier Serum, hailing from 1946."
Dotty lowered her gun.
"The White Queen, Emma Frost, a mutant with psychic abilities and a diamond form, hailing from 1962."
The White Queen retracted her diamond form.
To this world and this era, they were vibrant living antiques, but when it came to gathering intelligence, both were top-tier experts.
Although Dotty had not arrived in Madripoor very long ago, she had already taken to this lawless and chaotic place like a fish to water, making quite a name for herself.
She relied not on her looks, but on brute force and experience!
After initially figuring out the intricate and tangled web of various factions, Dotty had bought out this bar, which had now been renamed the Void, intending to gain a deep understanding and develop things on the low.
With the White Queen's addition—leaving aside absolute loyalty for a moment—in this chaotic place where only fists and money mattered, she could quickly whip up a batch of battle-ready super soldiers.
What was lacking right now, however, was the Super Soldier Serum.
Dotty, Maria Hill, The Female, Black Captain Isaiah, and Billy the Butcher were all sources of the Super Soldier Serum!
Billy the Butcher was in the world of The Boys, which was too troublesome.
Black Captain Isaiah—Su Quan had promised not to disturb him.
Maria Hill, the S.H.I.E.L.D. Commander-in-Chief, would make it inconvenient to constantly bother her.
Dotty and The Female—one managed a bar in Madripoor, while the other worked as a courier for Nato Tong—were not suited for farming serums in large quantities.
Then the most suitable ones were none other than you lot, the sleeping Winter Soldiers!
The Winter Soldier wasn't just Bucky Barnes.
There were still five sleeping Winter Soldiers left in Hydra's Siberian Abandoned Base.
In the movie, Baron Zemo used the existence of these five Winter Soldiers as bait to lure Steve Rogers, Bucky, and Tony Stark to Siberia, ultimately causing them to break apart!
The Super Soldier Serum injected into these five was brought back by Bucky after he killed Tony Stark's parents, except that they weren't as stable as Bucky after injection, so they had been abandoned and cryo-frozen.
If he remembered correctly, there was even a Chinese monk among them!
Siberia was a vast region in North Asia, bounded by the Ural Mountains to the west, Cape Dezhnev to the east, the Arctic Ocean to the north, the mountains of north-central Kazakhstan to the southwest, and Mongolia and the Stanovoy Range to the south.
It also had another moniker: the Land of Sleep.
The earth was covered with a thick layer of ice and snow; its surface was soft, gentle, and pristine. Looking out as far as the eye could see, the vast land was a world wrapped in silver.
A cold wind blew, stirring up white waves of snow one after another. The wind pierced right through the body; though biting cold, it was also a unique experience.
"Snap!"
In the cold, dark abandoned base, a few warm light sources suddenly flickered on.
Wearing a thick down jacket, Dotty cast an envious glance at the White Queen, who had turned into her diamond form, and asked Su Quan, who likewise felt no cold, "Is this the place?"
Su Quan nodded, having already spotted the frozen Winter Soldiers inside those warm light sources.
Come to think of it, Dotty had some ties to this place as well.
Although she was a Black Widow trained by the Red Room, the organization she served was called Leviathan.
In the comics, Leviathan was the world's third-largest organization alongside S.H.I.E.L.D. and Hydra, all three sharing a common origin with the Shield Brotherhood.
Madame Hydra—Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, who had successively recruited US Agent and the second Black Widow Yelena in the movies—actually hailed from Leviathan in the comics!
The five cryo-frozen Winter Soldiers included two white males, one black male, one white female, and a bald Chinese monk.
"Their memories are very chaotic."
The White Queen reverted from her diamond form and inspected their memories one by one.
"Can you control them?"
"Yes!"
Hydra controlled the Winter Soldiers through a method of brainwashing that was highly effective and deeply ingrained. In the movies, it had taken Bucky a tremendous amount of effort and a very long time to shake off Hydra's brainwashing control.
To the White Queen, however, re-brainwashing and controlling them was merely a matter of a single thought, allowing her to change their allegiance in a split second.
"Want to try?"
Standing beside the container of the female Winter Soldier, Su Quan smiled and asked Dotty.
"Sure."
Dotty was never one to shy away from a challenge. They were all super soldiers—who was afraid of whom?
"Bang!"
Su Quan casually shattered the glass of the container. Wisps of cold air leaked out, and the fingers of the frozen female Winter Soldier twitched as she was gradually awakened.
After blinking a few times, she slowly opened her eyes. Her gaze was dazed and bewildered; a few seconds later, her eyes focused, revealing a fierce and ruthless glare as she directly threw a punch and lunged at Su Quan, who had not yet stepped away.
Or rather, Su Quan, who had deliberately stayed put.
"Ding!"
"Combat detected, dropped reward: Super Soldier Serum (Winter Soldier)"

The female Winter Soldier's mind was somewhat chaotic. Her attacks were like a beast's instincts, completely devoid of reason. Although she lacked a mechanical arm, this punch was nonetheless heavy, forceful, and fiercely sharp.
Su Quan deliberately refrained from absorbing the kinetic energy of the punch, allowing the female Winter Soldier to strike him.
"Bang!"
It was easy to shake a mountain, but hard to shake Su Quan!
The female Winter Soldier unleashed her full strength, but Su Quan didn't budge an inch, nor did he even blink his brow.
With the stacked multi-person super defense he now possessed, a super soldier like the female Winter Soldier trying to break his defense was just like the Avengers ganging up on Thanos.
All that sound and fury for nothing, only to find the target standing right there.
Su Quan's defense shocked the female Winter Soldier, as well as the White Queen and Dotty.
Though they knew the female Winter Soldier definitely couldn't hurt him, wasn't his strength so overwhelming as to be despair-inducing?
With this level of bodily defense, probably no person or weapon in existence could harm him!
"Your opponent is me."
Dotty rushed over and intercepted the female Winter Soldier, who was preparing to attack again.
"Ding!"
"Combat detected, dropped reward: Super Soldier Serum (Winter Soldier)"

This drop rate was a bit too high!
Su Quan wore a look of surprise; he had already obtained three doses of the Super Soldier Serum just like that.
Before becoming a super soldier, Dotty had undergone rigorous professional training since childhood. After becoming a super soldier, both her psychological and physical states were exceptionally stable.
Not long into the fight, she completely seized the initiative.
A super soldier could be knocked down, but wasn't so easily defeated entirely. Taking advantage of the moment Dotty knocked the female Winter Soldier to the ground, Su Quan called a halt, awakened another Winter Soldier, and swapped her opponent!
Believing that Su Quan wanted to test her strength against these Winter Soldiers, Dotty showed off even harder.
"Who, who are you people?!"
The female Winter Soldier climbed up from the ground, vigorously shook her head, looked around blankly, and finally glared warily at Su Quan.
"Your new master!"
Su Quan activated his psychic abilities to directly purge Hydra's brainwashing control from the female Winter Soldier's mind, replacing it with a new command to unconditionally obey his orders.
The bewilderment and wariness on the female Winter Soldier's face instantly transformed into composure and obedience. She walked over to Su Quan and quietly stood by as a background decoration without a word.
"Bzzzt—"
"Bang!"
Heat rays shattered the cryo-chamber.
Without a moment's hesitation, Dotty switched opponents, turning to strike the martial monk Winter Soldier who had leaped out of the cryo-chamber.
Su Quan rotated his palm slightly, and a vortex of wind formed in his hand, sweeping toward the white Winter Soldier whom Dotty had abandoned, but who was preparing to charge forward and continue fighting.
