Chapter Summaries

Su Quan defeated Professor X’s attempt to condemn him, then left the rescued mutants with Professor X and traveled twenty years into the future with his companions. In the year 2000, he waited in Meridian while Big White Queen’s Hellfire Club had grown into one of the three major mutant factions.

• William Stryker knocked Wolverine unconscious with Adamantium bullets, but Professor X arrived and stopped him from killing Wolverine.
• Professor X asked Su Quan to hand over Wolverine and the imprisoned mutants, but Su Quan overpowered him psychically and rebuked his moral accusations.
