The Steelback Clan followed the Green Ape back to the Hundred Herbs Clan.

In that orchard, they saw those crystal-clear fruits, and just as they prepared to walk over and pick them, wave after wave of terrifying killing intent descended.

Familiar figures appeared one by one.

The Green Ape instantly flipped his lid.

He grew furious.

They were caught off guard by the ambush earlier only because they were unprepared and the distance to the Great Ape Stronghold was simply too close, yet these fellows dared to come over now?

The Steelback King patted the Green Ape's shoulder. "It looks like you're going to owe me another favor."

The Green Ape's hands trembled on the spot.

That the Hundred Herbs Garden could never escape this fellow's clutches from now on?

The Steelback King waved his hand. "If you disagree, we absolutely won't interfere. We'll just take the fruit and leave, completely staying out of the fighting between you monkeys."

The Green Ape fell silent.

He thought once more of that hairless young man among the Great Apes and the liquid they had consumed.

The Green Ape took a deep breath. "Next year, I can let you come again."

The Steelback King was immensely satisfied.

Even though it was only once a year, they guaranteed that a single time would swallow up a whole year's worth of resources from the Hundred Herbs Garden! How could the Green Ape fail to know this point?
