Watching the two sneak out of their car with two fishing bags slung over their backs and rush inside, Conan was thoroughly puzzled.

"Other than introducing the island's history, the sightseeing museum only has some artifacts salvaged from underwater ruins that aren't worth much."
"Could they be planning to steal something from the museum?"

Fujino crouched nearby. After thinking for a moment, he deduced, "Everyone acts with a purpose. They're Treasure Hunters, and their ultimate goal in coming to this island is to obtain the treasures inside the underwater ruins."
"Maybe the museum has the key needed to open those ruins."
"A key?"
Conan frowned at that. After pondering it briefly, realization dawned on him. "I get it. When they borrowed the diving gear before, they probably entered those ruins, but ran into an obstacle at the entrance. The museum must have something necessary to open the ruins!"
