By then, Citizen Conan could walk right up, hit them with a Great Memory Restoration Technique, then follow it up with a round of verbal jutsu until they dropped to their knees and confessed.
Thinking about it that way, Fujino felt a little less invested in finding the treasure.
Of course, while the treasure seemed a little less likely to be real, other possibilities still could not be ruled out.
