The helicopter slowly rose into the air and gradually stabilized.
Iori Muga walked toward the compartment at the front of the cabin, brought out a dessert stand and teapot, and set them on the coffee table. "Miss Momiji, the tea is ready."
"Mm-hm."
Momiji responded, then asked everyone, "Is there anything you'd like to drink?"
Fujino asked curiously, "Do you have green tea?"
"The bottled kind you usually drink?"
After thinking for a moment, Momiji smiled. "I normally only keep tea and snacks on hand, but there are other drinks in the refrigerator too. Of course I prepared the particular green tea you like!"
Fujino gave an awkward laugh. "That's thoughtful of you..."
Well, a refrigerator, a water heater... this thing really had everything.
Damn it, you rich people and old-money families really are obnoxious!
Fujino silently complained to himself, fiercely condemning damned capitalism while gaining a fresh understanding of the wealth gap.
All he could say was that being born into the right family was a skill too. Some things, if you had them in this life, you had them. If you did not, you never would.
And if you did not, perhaps running off with someone else's rich young lady was not a bad way to turn things around?
Sonoko glanced around, squinting as she felt somewhat out of place.
She had always been the one playing the rich woman.
So why was someone stealing her spotlight like this today?
After grumbling inwardly for a while, she noticed something and asked Momiji, "Come to think of it, I've ridden helicopters like this before. They should be really noisy, right? Why is yours so quiet?"

Momiji rested her chin on her hand and thought for a moment. "I'm not really sure. Iori, you should know, right?"
