The other advocated making use of them, even researching them: the Containment Faction.
Later, however, the Seal Faction gradually weakened due to issues of interest. Then Supernatural Paradise appeared, and the two merged into the organization known as the Foundation. Sealing and containment also became classification terms.
Those that were immensely dangerous and uncontrollable were called sealed items.
Those that could be used were called contained items.
