Bridal Chamber (Part 2)

Creak!

Lu Yunxiao casually shut the room door and strode inside.

The room was draped in curtains and canopies, bathed in the glow of Moonlight Stones and awash in scarlet.

Lu Yunxiao lifted the beaded curtain and entered the inner chamber.

Inside stood an enormous purple crystal bed, covered in fiery red bedding. Along one side of the bed sat a neat row of slender figures, each with a bridal veil over her head.

Lu Yunxiao smiled faintly. This crystal bed had been specially custom-made by him.

If they had consummated the marriage separately, he would have had to make five trips in one night. That would have been both troublesome and thoroughly inconvenient.

So, as someone who hated trouble most of all, he chose the simplest and most straightforward method: consummating the marriages together.

Sleeping beneath one blanket!

That was surely every man's dream, and he was no exception.

Before this, he had at most been with two women at once. But tonight... it was bound to be exciting.

The corners of his mouth lifted as Lu Yunxiao stepped toward the bed. At once, several distinct yet intoxicating fragrances drifted into his nose.

His nose twitched slightly, and Lu Yunxiao's gaze grew heated.

A soft voice, gentle and tender, sounded beside Lu Yunxiao's ear. His gaze swept over the room and settled on the woman in the middle.

Whether by status or figure, her identity was obvious. Other than Yun Yun, there could be no one else.

"Yes. Wu Hao and the others dragged me off to drink for quite a while. You've all been waiting a long time, haven't you?" Lu Yunxiao asked gently with a smile.
