Theresa curiously poked one of the little robots. "What are these?"
"Hmph! They're fully automated makeup robots developed by the genius Tesla!"
Tesla said proudly, "Just input the desired reference image, and they'll produce an identical look. Not only does it save time and effort, but you can even schedule them to complete the entire styling process automatically while you sleep."
Lin Nai felt that this invention would probably appeal not only to girls, but to plenty of guys as well.
If they used it on their girlfriends, they probably would not have to wait so long.
Theresa asked strangely, "Since you have such convenient robots, Dr. Tesla, why do you still put on makeup yourself?"
Tesla shook her head with a smile.
"Ah, no matter how convenient robots are, they're still just robots. If you want truly creative makeup, this genius has to do it herself."
"Indeed, very creative."
Lin Nai said he simply could not find a more creative makeup look than this.
"But my verdict is that you'd be better off not wearing any."
"..."
Tesla rolled her eyes. "Lin Nai, you simply cannot understand this genius's artistic vision, which is far ahead of its time."
Lin Nai hesitated.

Was she sure it was ahead of its time, rather than an artistic concept from a bygone era?
Tesla looked into the mirror again and fell silent for a few seconds. "Forget it. I'd better switch back to my usual look."
Tesla snapped her fingers, and several little robots, as though granted a reprieve, surrounded Dr. Tesla with makeup remover pads and began wiping her face.
Very soon, a brand-new Tesla appeared!
Her smooth red hair flowed down her back as she propped up her face with one hand and lazily yawned.
