Chu Yunling arrived near the building where Old Song lived with several subordinates, split between two sedans.
She did not drive straight to the foot of Old Song's building. Instead, she stopped outside the residential complex, got out alone with a suitcase in hand.
One of the subordinates left in the car could not help poking his head out. "Sister Yunling, do you really not need me to escort you? Those North Korea people have been making trouble with us fiercely lately. It isn't safe for you alone."
Chu Yunling waved a hand and turned into the complex.
Old Song had sternly warned her never to reveal his exact apartment number to anyone, so whenever Chu Yunling came to see him, she always entered alone.
As for the safety concerns her subordinates worried about, Chu Yunling did not care. If anything happened to her at Old Song's doorstep, then Old Song would have long since abandoned Junko.

Junko gently shook her head and lightly spoke a few words. "I'm truly sorry. Master Song did not say to invite you up today. If you do not believe me, you may call Master Song to confirm."
