When Chen Cheng arrived at New City Railway Station and got off, he had not walked far before stopping in his tracks.

A group of burly men in suits and ties, holding signs that read "Mr. Brown," had surrounded him.

The scene quickly drew the attention of the other people in the station.

"Damn, what kind of spectacle is this? Could some young master have come down to experience the hardships of ordinary folk?"
