Bu Jiu and the other two said nothing after hearing Chen Cheng's words. Kui Niu thought for a moment, then chuckled.

"That sounds great! Wouldn't that make yours truly an envoy of peace between the Human race and the Orc race?"

Yinzhi rolled his eyes at Kui Niu's foolish grin.

Bu Jiu spoke up.

"Your Majesty's plan is sound, but we have no way to move the Great Wall."

Bu Jiu's meaning was clear. They had considered using the Great Wall to seal off the Northern Frontier before, but they had failed.

Chen Cheng smiled.

"Have you ever wondered where this Great Wall came from? According to every record, His Majesty the First conjured it up overnight.

"But I imagine you can see through the surface of that story to what lies beneath. Clearly, the Great Wall can somehow expand and shrink.

"You can tell from the fact that, without using a special method, you could stand at its foot and fly as far as you liked without ever reaching its top.

"And since His Majesty the First was able to shrink it and move it here, I think I should be able to do the same."

Before seeing the Great Wall, Chen Cheng had imagined it was like the ancient Great Wall from his previous life, built by human hands one brick at a time.

But once he saw it, he knew they could not possibly have built it themselves. Most likely, Jingjihua the First had discovered the Ancient Great Wall buried beneath the yellow sands of the Great Desert and brought it here.

That would also explain why the Thornflower Royal House had later gone to such great expense to turn parts of the Great Desert green. Clearly, it had a deep connection to this wall.
