Kui Niu spat out the snowflakes he had sucked into his mouth, spluttered several times, then looked around.

Behind them, all they had to do was turn to see the towering Great Wall standing amid the Northern Frontier's wind and snow.

Even from this distance, the Great Wall looked as though it stood right before their eyes. A closer look revealed dense layers of white beyond it.

When Chen Cheng looked carefully, he realized those countless white shapes were bones left behind by bodies that had long since rotted away.

He made a rough estimate, and the number of bones below came to a terrifying, astronomical figure.

"Are those the remains of Beastmen who came to attack the wall?"

Chen Cheng asked as he gazed at the mountains of bones.

Kui Niu shook his head.

"They can't be called Beastmen anymore. They were all corrupted into Black Demons.

And the snow mountain beneath our feet, along with all the others—those hold the bulk of the Black Demons' remains."

Kui Niu stamped his foot. The snow gave way beneath him, exposing gleaming white bones.

Chen Cheng crouched and brushed aside the snow, pulling a thighbone from the mountain of bones underneath.

The bone was only the size of one from an ordinary adult, but it weighed over a thousand jin. Its owner had clearly been a powerful practitioner of the Warrior's Path in life.

Chen Cheng took a pair of Hero-Brand Glasses from his Spatial Ring and activated them, using their functions to analyze the bone in his hand.
