Noah had only just regained consciousness when he naturally sensed that something was different about himself. He had never experienced the feeling of being immersed in light before.
The sensation was so clear now that Noah even wondered whether he had become a messenger of light—though, as it turned out, he had guessed right.
When Noah cast a spell to observe the changes in himself, he froze. He had never imagined that after just thinking about how to use the power of light to its fullest, how to make his form most compatible with that power—
He had actually achieved it. But no matter what, Noah had never expected to end up looking like this!
In the mirror-like spell, he saw silver hair, a pure white robe, and eyes glowing with golden light—his left eye was red and still bleeding. Worse, Noah noticed a pair of pale golden wings behind him!
No matter how he looked at it, Noah found it deeply unsettling. But that was not even the important part. The most important thing was that the lines of his face in the mirror had become far too soft, giving Noah a very bad feeling.
With this damned appearance and that head of white hair, Noah nearly looked down at himself on instinct.
He forcibly stopped himself. His expression turned incomparably grim. He had slaughtered so many angels in the System Space that he had nearly gotten sick of them. He often mocked them as "genderless birdmen," and had even used them to mock others with lines like, "I'm not your guardian angel." Yet now, he had actually joined their ranks?
