Noah calmly watched Orochimaru. Though the man seemed somewhat hesitant, he ultimately summoned three coffins.
Noah had no intention of stopping him. Instead, he carefully examined the three figures that staggered out of the coffins.
With souls strong enough, Noah could basically see through their outward appearances at a glance. Moreover, he seemed to sense an exceptionally peculiar aura, one utterly incompatible with this universe.
It was a unique, chilling sensation, completely different from the feeling of being alive.
Unfortunately, when Noah tried to trace that sensation back, he unexpectedly found his consciousness blocked.
It was as though an invisible river had cut him off halfway through. Deep and dangerous, it was a boundary that even Noah did not dare cross lightly.
Still, one thing made Noah immensely happy: he could basically confirm that the place these souls came from was the World of the Dead he had been longing for!
"Looks like there's no problem. This is the technique I wanted." Noah quietly watched everything, even revealing a slight smile. "Figure out how this technique works, obtain all its information, then make some special alterations and magically modify it into magic. Then I'll have accomplished what I needed to do."
With that thought, Noah turned his gaze toward Orochimaru once more. This time, his eyes seemed filled with aggression.
That look immediately gave Orochimaru an indescribable sense of danger. Even now, Orochimaru had not figured out Noah's situation, but he could genuinely feel the threat.
Thus, after summoning the three Impure World Reincarnations, he once again used the Summoning Technique to call forth that enormous Giant Snake.
Noah was immediately speechless. He really wanted to tell Orochimaru, You don't need to get so close. I can't even bring out my full strength this way.
But after thinking about it,
