"What is this...?"
Noah did not open his eyes, but he felt an indescribable tremor continuously rippling through his domain.
Within this domain, Noah could perceive everything he was capable of sensing—whether vast or tiny, living or inanimate.
The sensation left Noah somewhat dazed. He discovered that he possessed absolute control, a control that seemed capable of effortlessly erasing everything within his domain!
This unbelievable sense of control made Noah wonder, for a moment, whether he had become a god. This feeling had completely surpassed the senses of Tier 10!
Shaking his head hard, Noah knew it was only an illusion, because he could sense that the power within his body was still at the Tier 10 level.
It was merely because his universe now possessed the rule-based powers contained within the six stones, allowing this universe, which belonged wholly to him, to undergo an unimaginable transformation.
With that in mind, Noah continued observing his universe. As he did, he strangely discovered that the lives within his domain still existed!
Perhaps the power of time had rewound everything to the past, allowing these lives, which had originally vanished because of the Big Bang, to reappear.
But Noah did not pay too much attention to this. He knew the system had probably done it. Not only would Noah not blame the system, he might even thank it.
These lives counted as the first batch of life born within Noah's domain. Noah could not say he had any particular feelings for them.
But neither did Noah want the first lives nurtured by his domain to become defective products just like that.
After carefully observing them, Noah could clearly sense that these lives had developed certain special things—within their bodies, independent souls seemed to have emerged, souls that were nevertheless tightly connected to
