Dense masses of black mist rose through the vast, rolling mountains. The cloying fog blotted out the sky, shrouding almost the entire range.
A streak of golden light flashed through the endless mist, forcing the black fog along its path to disperse.
Thor emerged.
His expression darkened as he surveyed his surroundings.
"Mr. Tang, that cunning Void Beast seems to have noticed us. It actually contaminated all the vegetation in the Yuanqi Mountain Range. Tracking it through the plants won't be so easy now."
All around them, the once-lush mountain forests had turned pitch-black, as though every plant had been soaked in ink.
Even with his innate ability, Thor now struggled to command the vegetation, greatly reducing the efficiency of his search.
