There was no rest during the final stage of the Continental Young Advanced Soul Master Elite Tournament's Individual Competition. After the first round ended, the Round of 32 began the very next day—and all the matches were held within a single day.
Relatively speaking, competitors who had fought the previous day were at a slight disadvantage, but that was simply how the tournament was arranged.
The Round of 32 consisted of sixteen matches, with each pair facing off. Once that round concluded, there would be a day of rest before the Round of 16 began.
In this round, Lu Fa faced an ordinary Soul King. His opponent possessed only a few Battle Armor components, so Lu Fa swiftly defeated him.
Xue Liushuang, Zui Hongchen, and Shenwei also faced their respective opponents. Other than Xue Liushuang, who fell into a hard battle and needed over ten minutes to defeat her opponent, the other two won with ease.
Since Zui Hongchen specialized in poison, so long as she did not encounter someone with formidable poison resistance, such as Lu Fa or Long Yue, almost no one in this tournament could do anything to her.
Shenwei, meanwhile, was simply overwhelmingly powerful. Unlike Lu Fa's group, where talented competitors had gathered, no one in Shenwei's bracket aside from Long Yue could draw his attention. Advancing was naturally much easier for him.
What was more interesting was that because of the tournament bracket, Shenwei would not face Long Yue before the semifinals at the earliest.
This time, a full four members of the Sun Moon Imperial Soul Master Academy advanced into the Round of 16.
Over at Shrek Academy, Tang Wulin, Yuanen Yehui, and Na'er also successfully advanced into the Round of 16.
