Kiana looked at Gu Yuena across from her and issued her final ultimatum.

Gu Yuena's silver hair cascaded like a waterfall, while seven-colored divine radiance surged around her into a roaring river of stars. Her tightly clenched silver teeth drew a trace of divine blood from the corner of her lips. An intense inner struggle raged in her mind. Her emotions told her that she should spare no cost to force the other party to reveal her true purpose.

Yet the rationality of the Soul Beast Clan's ruler told her that now truly was not the time to make an enemy of Kiana.

Kiana was clearly a deity aligned with the soul beast faction. Although she did not obey Gu Yuena, the Dragon God's half-body, and her identity was mysterious, she was still a source of strength for the beast clan.

Na'er's clear call suddenly rang out in the Sea of Consciousness. Like a spring dropped into boiling oil, it jolted Gu Yue's mind and finally brought her to a decision.

When the last trace of dragon might withdrew into her body, she raised her eyes toward Kiana. The killing intent in her gaze had turned into cold scrutiny. "I agree. Let's sign a Blood Pact."

"Fine."

Kiana readily agreed. Her hands moved through the air, and halos of light sketched gorgeous glowing patterns in the void, forming an illusory contract.

With a sweep of her Spiritual Power, Gu Yuena understood the contract's contents. It roughly guaranteed that after leaving the Sumeru Mustard Seed space, Kiana would not attack Gu Yuena or her subordinates.
