Background

Gu Yue arrived at Eastsea Academy while Class Five was undergoing Wu Changkong's physical training. She watched the class before challenging Wu Changkong for enrollment, accepting a test battle against Xie Xie. 22 23

She defeated Xie Xie decisively by alternating ice, fire, earth, wind, light, and space, then joined Class Five. Her Elementalist Martial Soul allows control over six elements, but its soul rings cannot strengthen any individual attribute; her path therefore depends on control and multi-element combinations. 23 25

Wu Changkong recognized her Elementalist as a likely Spirit-type Martial Soul that communicates with elements through exceptional Spiritual Power. He instructed her to develop fused elemental techniques, judging this to be her route to reaching the pinnacle. 25 27

At Shrek Academy, Elder Cai attempted to recruit Gu Yue after witnessing her multi-element talent, but Gu Yue refused to be separated from her companions. Elder Cai ultimately permitted her to enter the Inner Courtyard only if her friends could enter as well. 141

Later revelations identify Gu Yue as the Silver Dragon King and one half of the Dragon God. As Gu Yuena, she becomes a Spirit Pagoda Spirit Messenger, operating within the organization while advancing projects including the Artificial Ten-Thousand-Year Soul Spirit and Myriad Beast Platform. 160 521 602

Gu Yue initially appears as a delicate girl with long black hair and black eyes. As she grows older, she becomes tall and slender, retaining a composed bearing and calm gaze. 22 119
