The two of them had originally been somewhat exhausted from working overtime, but in less than a minute after turning into children, their energy bars had been fully restored. They could even work another night shift!

"Damn it!"
But clearly, when Chen Luo quite rationally explained the benefits of turning into children to the restored Chen and Chaiya, neither of them seemed able to view the matter calmly.
Perhaps becoming children was indeed terribly embarrassing in their eyes, but Chen Luo believed there would always be someone capable of discovering the potential of his abilities.
Before considering that, however, Chen Luo first had to consider whether he could survive the afternoon at the hands of Chen and Chaiya.
"Stop hitting already! You two, stop hitting! You can't hit anyone like this!" Chen Luo sat in his chair, watching the two punch at thin air.
"By the way, Officer Hoshiguma, are you tired? If you are, I can restore your energy too. You'd only have to turn into a child for one minute. Any injury would turn you back, and no one would notice..."
"No, thanks. I think I can hold on a little longer. I'll be done with all this work soon and can clock out." Hoshiguma shook her head.
While it could quickly restore energy and heal injuries, wasn't the price a little too steep?
As for whether Chen Luo was telling the truth, one only had to look at Chen and Chaiya, who were now brimming with energy and trying to beat him up.
Though they could not even hit him.
"Lungmen vulgarity," Chen said irritably after tiring herself out.
When hitting someone, the one suffering certainly was not Chen herself. But when she could not hit anyone, then Chen was the one suffering.
