Although Gold and Silver Star would turn the "event story" here into
memory packets and share them with Stelle, the pressed-for-time Stelle apparently had not gotten around to reading them before being swept into the conflict known as Penacony again...
Stelle had wanted to say something else, but her phone chimed with a new message. It was a reply from Pamela, the well-informed friend she had just made.
Based on the missing persons list Stelle had provided, Pamela roughly identified a connection between the Herta Space Station personnel who had vanished after being attacked by strange flames—the victims came from different backgrounds and had little overlap in their social circles, but all of them had posted extreme remarks against management on the darknet and had many supporters.
While Stelle chatted with Pamela, Chen Luo moved closer to Doctor Truth and watched him curiously.
"What is it?" Doctor Truth Ratiō asked.
"I thought someone as genius as you would use a different method to break the Herta Space Station's blind trust in geniuses. Otherwise, wouldn't you be wasting your genius?"
"...Using this heaven-sent burst of inspiration to challenge geniuses would be utterly dull. Besides, methods are merely means to an end. The process is unimportant; the result is what matters." Doctor Truth shook his head.
Chen Luo could indeed tell that Doctor Truth's mind was exceptionally active right now, as if he were pondering all sorts of strange things.
Chen Luo had once considered whether, after gaining intellect on the level of the Genius Club, Doctor Truth would focus even more on academic research and turn a blind
