Kamijo Touma arrived at Chen Luo’s bar while Accelerator laughed under the effects of Chen Luo’s punishment. Chen Luo discovered that Touma’s Imagine Breaker could weaken his powers, then persuaded Touma to help test it in exchange for a promise of good luck before August 28.

• Kamijo Touma entered the alley carrying a black kitten and asked what was happening as Accelerator laughed and Misaka Mikoto restrained a Misaka Sister.
• Chen Luo explained that Accelerator had injured the Misaka Sister, and Touma agreed that making Accelerator laugh for ten minutes was fair punishment.
