"Does Ms. Koga have any criminal suspicions?" Seeing Narcissist and Amaki's reactions, Dr. Yamanaka could not help asking again.

"Dr. Yamanaka, based on your understanding of somnambulism, if—hiss—" Narcissist had wanted to ask about specific details related to the case, but Amaki secretly pinched his thigh, forcing him to stop.

"Dr. Yamanaka, Ms. Koga previously said she slept for twenty hours straight. Is that normal? Could it have something to do with the medication you prescribed?" Amaki asked instead.

Dr. Yamanaka immediately frowned. "Impossible. The Ramelteon I prescribed is a melatonin receptor agonist. It only improves sleep structure, and its dependency and risks are both very low. Her somnambulism was caused not only by depression after her parents' deaths, but also by her own irregular work and sleep schedule. She was not given any extreme medication!"

"But there is one difference between them and the chief—the chief would not have any ulterior motives toward rare cases. These people, however, might."
